This policy explains how Time Pause Studio (Knatra 3D) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use 3d.knatra.com.

Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, address and, if provided, GSTIN.
• Order data: products, uploaded 3D models, project descriptions and order history.
• Payment references from Razorpay (order and payment IDs). We never receive or store full card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To quote, manufacture, deliver and support your orders.
• To send transactional emails and order status updates.
• To issue GST invoices and meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To respond to enquiries made through our forms, phone, email or WhatsApp.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: Razorpay (payments), Brevo (email delivery), courier partners (shipping) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Uploaded models

3D files are stored on our private server, accessed only by our production team and used solely to fulfil your order. You can request deletion at any time after delivery.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required under Indian tax law. Other data is deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing contact@knatra.com.

Cookies and storage

We use essential browser storage for your cart, saved checkout details and offer preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
