Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of payment, provided printing has not started.
• Once printing has started, custom prints are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled.
• The advance for custom design orders is fully refundable if you cancel before design work begins, and adjusted against your final invoice. Once design work has started it is non-refundable.

Returns and replacements

• Custom prints made from your files are not eligible for return for change of mind.
• If a part has a print defect (failed layers, warping beyond stated tolerances, wrong material or colour), we will reprint it free of charge or refund it. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Unused ready-made products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 working days to credit the amount.
