These terms govern your use of 3d.knatra.com and any order placed with Knatra 3D, a brand of Knatra operated by Time Pause Studio (GSTIN 33BGRPV6046H1ZV) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide fused-filament (FDM) 3D printing of customer-supplied models, custom 3D design services, bulk manufacturing and the sale of ready-made printed products.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Instant quotes are calculated from the geometry of the uploaded file and the options selected. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at 18%.
• Every file is reviewed before production. If a model cannot be printed as supplied (for example non-manifold geometry, walls thinner than the nozzle, or features beyond our build volume), we will contact you to repair, adjust or cancel the order with a full refund.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Your files and intellectual property

• You confirm that you own or are licensed to reproduce every model you upload, and that printing it does not infringe any third-party rights or law.
• Files are used only to fulfil your order. We do not sell, publish or reuse customer models.
• We may decline to print weapons, weapon components, counterfeit or trademark-infringing items, or anything prohibited by Indian law.

4. Tolerances and finish

FDM printing produces visible layer lines and small dimensional variation (typically ±0.2 mm or ±0.5%, whichever is greater). Colours may vary slightly between filament batches. These characteristics are not defects.

5. Custom design orders

The advance deposit (₹499 at present) reserves engineering time for your project and is adjusted against the final invoice. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed in writing before production begins.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.

7. Limitation of liability

Printed parts are supplied for the purpose described by the customer. We are not liable for loss arising from the use of printed parts in safety-critical, medical, food-contact (unless a certified material is agreed in writing) or load-bearing applications beyond tested limits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
