Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

• Ready-made products are dispatched within the lead time shown on each product page, usually 1–2 working days.
• Custom prints are dispatched after printing. The estimated ready date and delivery window are shown on your quote and are based on print time and current capacity (1 working day for file review and preparation, plus print time).
• Custom design projects follow the timeline agreed with you in writing.

Delivery

• We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through India Post, DTDC, Delhivery and other reputed courier partners.
• Typical transit time within India is 2–5 working days after dispatch. Deliveries within Coimbatore are usually faster.
• Shipping is charged at ₹80 per order and is free on orders of ₹1,499 or more after discounts.
• Free pickup is available from our studio in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. We will call when your order is ready.
• Tracking details are emailed when your order ships and are visible on your order page.

International shipping

• We ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order based on destination, size and weight. Contact us or place a custom order with your country and we will confirm the courier cost before you pay.
• Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Transit times depend on the destination and customs clearance, typically 5–15 working days after dispatch.

Delays and damage

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation, but we will help you trace the shipment. If a parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents to contact@knatra.com, and we will reprint or refund.
